Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations Policy:

We do not have any “Order Cancellation Button” on your order tracking page. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at +91-9073091744 on the same day or within 24 Hrs or before dispatch with your order number. If anyone cancels an order after dispatch, their account will be blocked because we only want to build relationships with serious customers.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damages during transit, if the wrong items are received or don’t like the quality.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it to our customer service team by phone at +91-9073091744 within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged items.

Incorrect Items Received:

  • If you receive items that differ from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and send you the correct items or provide a refund.

Quality Issue:

  • If you are not satisfied with our quality, simply return it within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. For return, call our customer care number at +91 9073091744.
  • If your customer complains that the colour fades after the first wash, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to +91-9073091744, and we will issue a refund (Because the quality and colours are our guarantee).

Simple Return Process

Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +91-9073091744 within 2 days of delivery
Packaging: When returning items, ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the Return Authorisation (RA) number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items or quality issues will be covered by Our Company. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

Defective/Damaged Items: Full refund
Approved Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned items.
